Recurring Monthly Plan
The Recurring Monthly Plan allows you to work with a coach on a once week (in strength, conditioning, or sports skills) and another two times a week solo in the facility (by appointment). This plan is great for intermediate and advanced members who only need one-on-one coaching on a weekly basis to help them perfect the technical requirements of their program. Included with this plan is monthly programming as well as diet and nutritional counseling on a bi-weekly basis.
You may only purchase this option if approved by your coaches.
